El Ministerio de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas ha creado una aplicación llamada Archive destinada al archivo definitivo de expedientes y documentos electrónicos. Cumple con lo dispuesto en el RD 4/2010, de 8 de enero, en el que se regula el Esquema Nacional de Interoperabilidad en la Administración Electrónica. Proporciona las herramientas necesarias para la creación de un sistema de administración y gestión de Centros de Archivo multidepartamental.
