Análisis sobre cómo formalizar la colaboración entre Puertos del Estado o las Autoridades Portuarias y el Ministerio de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas y de Economía para mejorar la gestión de los Puntos de Inspección Fronterizos (PIF) que operan en aquellos, colaborando los primeros económicamente con sus gastos corrientes de gestión, especialmente en la provisión o retribución de su personal, a cambio del cumplimiento de objetivos individuales o colectivos que, siendo compatibles con los de la sanidad o comercio exterior, permitan mejorar sus resultados y su competitividad.
