La Agenzia dello Entrate, organismo tributario italiano, ha incorporado el blended learning en sus procesos de selección y capacitación de nuevos trabajadores. Con ello se pretende mejorar los mecanismos de acceso a la institución y que las nuevas incorporaciones estén capacitadas para el desarrollo de aquellas tareas propias de la agencia.
