El Administrador de Infraestructuras Ferroviarias (ADIF) es una entidad pública que ha desarrollado una herramienta informática denominada Plataforma de Gestión de Activos (PGA).
Esta Plataforma tiene como objetivo mejorar la política de reposición de activos, para evitar el envejecimiento de ciertos elementos de la Red y disminuir los importantes costes totales a largo plazo y los recortes del nivel de servicio.
