La Red Vasca de Ciudades con la Infancia, HaurrenHirienSarea (Red UmHerri), es una iniciativa que está ligada al proyecto de La Ciudad de los niños y las niñas (La citta dei bambini) de Francesco Tonucci, proyecto político para transformar la ciudad desde el parámetro de “lo niño”, creado en la ciudad italiana de Fanno en 1990.

The growth of our communities depends on the growth of the people who make them up and, at the same time, they are the opportunities that communities offer us to grow – relationships, physical spaces ad structures- which condition our learning.
The Network of Cities with Childhood of the Basque Country, Haurren Hirien Sarea (Red UmHerri),is an initiative that is linked to the Project of The City of boys and girls (La citta dei bambini) by Francesco Tonucci, a political project to transform the city from the “child” parameter, created in the Italian city of Fanno in 1990.
