Olivares Vivos es una iniciativa para incrementar la rentabilidad del olivar a partir de la recuperación de su diversidad. Se trata de establecer y certificar un modelo de olivicultura rentable y compatible con la conservación de la biodiversidad y posicionar dicho modelo productivo como un valor añadido y rentable en el mercado del aceite.

Olivares Vivos is an initiative to increase the profitability of olive groves by recovering their diversity. The aim is to establish and certify a profitable olive growing model that is compatible with biodiversity conservation and to position this production model as a profitable added value in the oil market.
