Premiado el protocolo “Atención a menores en el proceso de denuncia por violencia de género” del Ayuntamiento de Alovera

El protocolo “Atención a menores en el proceso de denuncia por violencia de género” implantando por el Ayuntamiento de Alovera (Guadalajara) ha sido premiado en el área de Atención y apoyo a las mujeres víctimas de violencia y a sus hijos e hijas, en la VI Convocatoria del Concurso de Buenas Prácticas Locales contra la Violencia de Género, a cargo del Ministerio de Igualdad. Este protocolo, en coordinación con la Policía Local, tiene por objetivo garantizar que en cualquier momento y a cualquier hora del día los menores reciban una acogida y unos cuidados que les permitan quedar al margen de las situaciones de vulnerabilidad propias de los momentos más duros de la violencia de género, al mismo tiempo que permite a las mujeres realizar cualesquiera de los procesos implicados para realizar una denuncia sin que el hecho de no contar con una red de apoyo suponga un obstáculo para salir de su situación de violencia.

The protocol "Attention to minors in the process of reporting gender violence" implemented by the Municipality of Alovera (Guadalajara) has been awarded a prize in the area of attention and support to women victims of violence and their children, in the VI Call for Competition of Good Local Practices against Gender Violence, run by the Ministry of Equality. This protocol, in coordination with the Local Police, aims to guarantee that at any time and at any hour of the day, minors are welcomed and cared for in such a way that they are left out of situations of vulnerability that are typical of the hardest moments of gender violence, while at the same time allowing women to carry out any of the processes involved in making a complaint without the fact of not having a support network being an obstacle to getting out of their abusive situation.
