Este curso se realiza utilizando un simulador que permite al alumno, a través de una aventura gráfica, alcanzar los siguientes objetivos:

- Establecer un modelo estructurado para aplicar en cualquier negociación.

- Comprender los factores clave de una negociación efectiva.

- Reconocer y evitar las trampas y tácticas en una negociación.

- Utilizar la creatividad para generar alternativas y mejorar los acuerdos.

- Conseguir el mejor trato posible, alcanzando nuestros objetivos y manteniendo relaciones a largo plazo.

- Practicar técnicas de negociación y resolución de conflictos.

- Proveer de herramientas, tácticas y estrategias útiles para conseguir acuerdos mutuamente beneficiosos.
