Este curso persigue analizar la importancia de la actividad pública en materia de subvenciones, prestando especial atención a las experiencias existentes y a las novedades en esta materia.

Se dará a conocer:

- El régimen general de las subvenciones y ayudas públicas.

- La jurisprudencia constitucional en esta materia.

- Los elementos subjetivos de la relación subvencional.

- La ejecución y cumplimiento de las obligaciones derivadas del acto de concesión de las subvenciones.

- La justificación y comprobación de subvenciones.
