El Ayuntamiento de San Sebastián de los Reyes puso en marcha durante el año 1999 su propia estrategia de comunicación interna con la que pretendía, entre otras cuestiones, incrementar la identificación de sus empleados públicos con dicha institución y difundir las distintas actividades que desarrolla entre la ciudadanía.
