La tesis presentada al Premio INAP 2013 repasa el estado de la regulación de la lucha contra el dopaje, centrándose en la relación entre el deportista con la Administración y las consecuencias de esta consideración para el ciudadano, así el contenido y alcance de la norma central del sistema en la actualidad: el Código Mundial Antidopaje (CMA), elaborado por la Agencia Mundial Antidopaje (AMA) bajo los auspicios del COI.
