El Ayuntamiento de Jerez ha incluido una unidad didáctica  sobre igualdad de género en el contenido obligatorio del temario para las oposiciones municipales. El objetivo de esta práctica es sensibilizar y formar a los futuros empleados públicos para que apliquen la perspectiva de género en su conducta habitual y así, ayudar a erradicar cualquier tipo de discriminación por razón de sexo.
