Informe realizado por el Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública en el año 2013 sobre las subvenciones del Estado a las Comunidades Autónomas.
El estudio realiza una introducción de la financiación autonómica, diferenciando el régimen común y el foral. Además aborda las subvenciones condicionadas a las CC. AA., las subvenciones adicionales a las previstas en el modelo de financiación, los convenios suscritos por el Estado con las CC. AA. y un caso de estudio relativo al año 2013.
