Victoria Martín Martín participó en el Premio INAP 2014 con este trabajo donde estudia la elección de internet por las Administraciones Públicas dedicadas a la promoción turística desde el punto de vista del branding para marcas turísticas.

Además se analizan los estudios existentes sobre turismo en la web, y sus interesantes conclusiones sobre usabilidad, interactividad y e-comerce.
