Presentación de la Comunidad de conocimiento iberoamericano de la Administración Pública realizada en el marco del I Encuentro Internacional de Directores de Instituciones de Administración Pública - ESAP - Una mirada a la administración pública en el mundo hoy, en Bogotá (Colombia) en septiembre de 2013.
En el documento se recogen los objetivos recogidos en el Plan Estratégico General del INAP (2012-2015) y se especifican las herramientas e instrumentos implementados para poner en valor la gestión del conocimiento.
