El Ayuntamiento de Jun (Granada) apuesta desde hace años por la renovación del funcionamiento administrativo mediante la implementación generalizada de las nuevas tecnologías. Tal proyecto no se restringe a los protocolos internos del consistorio, sino que pretende involucrar a todos los ciudadanos en un proceso de participación democrática en el que las nuevas tecnologías ofrecen la transparencia, agilidad e interactividad necesarias. Jun se ha convertido en un referente internacional de la aplicación de las herramientas comunicativas 2.0 en la gobernabilidad y participación ciudadana activa.
