Informe del Grupo de Investigación del Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública sobre nuevos modelos de carrera administrativa.
El estudio, publicado en abril de 2013, tiene como objetivo plantear nuevos modelos de carrera administrativa para los empleados públicos, excluyendo colectivos con modelos propios, pero con referencia a los directivos públicos profesionales.
