La Mancomunidad Integral de Municipios del Valle del Alagón inició en 2009 un servicio de gestión laboral integral consistente en la realización completa y centralizada de todas las labores relacionadas con la gestión laboral del personal fijo y eventual de cada uno de los catorce Ayuntamientos Mancomunados de pequeños municipios, las dos pedanías y la propia mancomunidad.
