La Fundación NovaGob ha concedido a la Junta de Castilla y León su Premio NovaGob Excelencia 2020 por la gestión de la publicación de información sobre la situación epidemiológica de la COVID-19 en el Portal de Transparencia, en un proyecto titulado "Protegiendo la salud de las personas con transparencia".

La Dirección General de Transparencia y Buen Gobierno desarrolló a mediados de marzo, tras la declaración y entrada en vigor del estado de alarma nacional, el portal web de Datos Abiertos donde se aglutinan a diario los datos relacionados con la situación del coronavirus en Castilla y León. Esta herramienta es un ejemplo de innovación que se basa en ofrecer un volumen de información muy elevado sobre la pandemia, con multitud de datos oficiales y fiables actualizados cada día, explicados de forma clara y comprensible para cualquier ciudadano y en formatos reutilizables.

The NovaGob Foundation has awarded the Junta de Castilla y León its NovaGob Excellence 2020 Award for the management of the publication of information on the epidemiological situation of COVID-19 in the Transparency Portal, in a project entitled "Protecting people's health with transparency".

In mid-March, following the declaration and entry into force of the state of national alert, the Directorate General for Transparency and Good Governance developed the Open Data web portal where data related to the situation of the coronavirus in Castilla y León is gathered daily. This tool is an example of innovation based on offering a very high volume of information about the pandemic, with a multitude of official and reliable data updated every day, explained in a clear and understandable way for any citizen and in reusable formats.
