El Programa “Crisol” supone la ejecución de la hoja de ruta (Roadmap) para la digitalización de Madrid Digital, y de los servicios que Madrid Digital presta a la Comunidad de Madrid y sus ciudadanos.
La transición a este nuevo digital (Crisol) conlleva, no solo un fuerte proceso de transformación tecnológica, sino también hacer un importante foco en la gestión del cambio de la cultura organizativa, que debe acompañar al empleado de Madrid Digital.

The “Crisol” Program entails the execution of the roadmap for the digitization of Madrid Digital, and the services that Madrid Digital provides to the Community of Madrid and its citizens.
The transition to this new digital (Crisol) carries, not only a strong process of technological transformation, but also, making an important focus on the management of organizational culture change, which must accompany the Madrid Digital employee.
