Durante los últimos años se han aprobado importantes reformas normativas que afectan al ámbito de la libertad, seguridad y justicia en la Unión Europea. Este curso analizará las principales novedades en la materia, con el objetivo de actualizar los conocimientos de los gestores públicos.

Se pretende:

- Analizar las competencias de la Unión Europea en la materia.

- Reflexionar sobre la evolución de las bases jurídicas que informan el espacio de libertad, seguridad y justicia así como su aplicación práctica en los diferentes países de la UE y perspectivas de futuro

- Analizar las funciones del Comité de Seguridad Interior de la UE.

- Estudiar con casos prácticos la problemática de la política inmigratoria.
