El 17 de diciembre de 2015 se celebró la entrega oficial del sello de excelencia Bequal Plus, siendo el INAP la primera institución pública en conseguir dicho grado de reconocimiento. Esta certificación se otorga a organizaciones socialmente responsables con la discapacidad en áreas como la estrategia y el liderazgo, la gestión de personal, la accesibilidad, la contratación pública responsable, las relaciones con la ciudadanía y la comunicación, entre otras.
