La investigación de Manuel Delgado García, presentada al Premio INAP 2015, emplea una metodología biográfico-narrativa para analizar los rasgos principales del modelo de desarrollo profesional docente, destacando la incidencia de factores externos e internos, así como las características y cualidades más importantes de la identidad docente y el pensamiento pedagógico de seis profesores de la Universidad de Huelva.
