El proyecto Smart Classroom se integra del Ayuntamiento de Viladecans (Barcelona) y del equipo de investigación de la Università Oberta de Catanlunya para redefinir el espacio de un aula escolar. En los centros escolares de Viladecans, tanto los docentes, alumnos como familias han ideado conjuntamente un nuevo concepto de clase, específico para sus necesidades. Con este proyecto, se busca mejorar los procesos de aprendizaje, adaptando el aula a los nuevos contextos y tecnologías.

The Smart Classroom project integrates the Viladecans City Council and the research team of the Università Oberta de Catanlunya to redefine the space of a school classroom. In the schools of Viladecans, teachers, students and families have jointly devised a new classroom concept, specific to their needs. This project seeks to improve learning processes, adapting the classroom to new contexts and technologies.
