El presente documento tiene como finalidad realizar un análisis organizativo del Área de Servicios Generales del Ayuntamiento de Lloret de Mar con el fin de diagnosticar una realidad, detectar los posibles problemas organizativos y proponer mejoras a dichos problemas. En el plazo de 1 año se pretende implementar el plan de mejora propuesto y, en función de su evaluación y resultado, aplicar esta misma experiencia al resto de los servicios municipales.
